Daily Briefing Dashboard Setup

Deployment

The project is containerized using Docker.

Files

Dockerfile: Uses python:3.11-slim, installs requirements, and runs uvicorn.
docker-compose.yml: Manages the container, ports, and environment variables.

Port & Access

Port: 8080 (Mapped from container 8080)
URL: http://localhost:8080 or http://10.10.10.198:8080

Restart Policy

Set to always in docker-compose.yml.

Management Commands

Since the user 'sam' is not currently in the 'docker' group for the current session, use sg docker -c "..." for commands if you hit permission issues, or ensure the group is properly applied.

Start/Rebuild:

docker-compose up -d --build

Stop:

docker-compose down

Logs:

docker-compose logs -f
