- beforeunload Event verhindert versehentliches Verlassen/Reload
  waehrend Broadcasting oder Viewing aktiv ist
- Vollbild-Button im Viewer-Header (Fullscreen API)
- Fullscreen-State wird korrekt getrackt und Icon wechselt
